Thank You for your Interest in the Massachusetts Sheep and Wool Craft Fair

Established in 1974 and held annually on the Saturday and Sunday of Memorial Day Weekend, the Massachusetts Sheep and Wool Craft Fair is an excellent venue and we would love to have you with us!

Each year, there are several outside sales booth spaces available at $75 per booth. If you would like to apply for an outside sales booth, please download the application form here. Be as specific as possible about your wares and provide pictures of your booth or wares.

Please send your completed application along with $10 nonrefundable application fee (checks payable to MSWF) to: MSWF c/o Aaron Loux, 12 Thayer Corner Rd, Cummington, MA 01026. to arrive no later than December 31st.

ALL VENDOR APPLICATIONS ARE REVIEWED BY THE VENDOR JURY COMMITTEE
- ONLY ACCEPTED VENDORS WILL BE NOTIFIED VIA EMAIL JANUARY 15.
Late and incomplete applications will not be considered.

Upon acceptance, your booth space fee is due and payable. Payment must be received no later than April 1st or your space will be forfeit and reassigned.
