New Food Vendors at Mass. Sheep and Woolcraft Fair!
Jan's Kitchen will be our main food vendor at the 2018 fair. Jan will be offering a variety of soups served in bread bowls, including lamb chilli. The menu will also feature the fair's signature lamb bits, shepherds pie and of course lamb burgers, beef burgers, and hot dogs. Jan has been a food vendor at the fair for many years operating the food trailer that will again offer wraps, quesadillas, and fries. The food trailer will be in the same spot nearest the sheep barn. The main food booth will be located across from the exhibit hall steps! Jan and her experienced crew are excited about serving lamb products. Breakfast will be served daily! Vendors bag lunches will still be available -more info soon.

Also new to our fair is Holyoke Hummus food truck. They will be serving falafel, hummus of course and other Middle Eastern treats including fried brussel sprouts with tahini sauce. Their food is vegetarian and vegan and they offer gluten free options.

Joining us for the first time is the Coffee Cabin offering many varieties of hot or cold coffee or tea. They also serve muffins, scones, cookies or a variety of fritters (corn, Apple, cheese) to enjoy with your favorite cappuccino, chai latte, mocha or coffee.

Island Cow Ice Cream is back with many flavors including dark chocolate, ginger, fresh strawberry and salted Carmel to name few.

Pat's Fudge also returns with every flavor fudge imaginable: maple, chocolate raspberry, candy cane, mango and some unique Flavors: grasshopper, jalapeño and jelly donut.

 

Pot Luck Supper

A potluck supper will be held on the fairgrounds dining room at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday. Everyone is welcome.  This year the potluck will feature a lamb roast to celebrate the 40th anniversary. Please bring a prepared side dish or salad sufficient to feed your family to the kitchen by 4:00 p.m. NO BREAD PLEASE! Rolls, beverages, and place settings will be provided.  Both refrigerators and a warming are available on the grounds.  An Ice Cream Social will follow the potluck, featuring anniversary cake and a special ice cream flavor.
